I'm inclined to believe there is a lot of personal beef between him and a bunch of people at the studio. As to what went down, I don't know what happened, but he's clearly mad for a reason. Mamoa and Gadot even back up his claims that the reshoots were not a good environment, which vindicates him quite a bit in my eyes.
I think the one accusation that made me go "wut?" was when he said Joss Whedon changed someone's skin color in post, which he personally didn't witness "but knew someone" who saw it. He said he had proof, but unless he gets someone who actually witnessed this to issue a statement, that makes him relating it as a third party, which makes it hearsay. That's not conclusive evidence of anything and it's a really wild accusation.
But if he wants to stop working for the studio, I fully support him not working in a toxic environment that he clearly hated.
