Ugh it hits too close to home. My mom was the first person I heard quote that shit hole study as causing autism. At the time I took it seriously and said huh?
Shortly after obviously it was shown to be fabricated all lazy like, not even clever. Being a clever con I almost could respect it. But the gall of his laziness is what pissed me off the most at the time.
But even now my mom will say that study is wrong but still advise my brother to not get his daughter vaccinated or given flu shots for some conspiracy theory angle.
Shes all innoculated and no worries about herd immunity there but still I remain annoyed that we cant be positive if she actually believes us when we say certain things with the backing of science.

So I can only imagine teenagers and their consumption of it. I heard somewhere that packets of tuna are now a more valuable commodity in prisons than cigarettes. They're easy to smuggle and they're the most easily obtained source of protein for the guys who are trying to body build behind bars. |
