www.starwars7news.com/2014/11/9913.htmlJohn Williams Was Recording The Force Awakens Teaser Trailer Music Today! As we reported HERE 3 weeks ago, a very interesting rumor suggested that John Williams is going to record music for The Force Awakens teaser trailer on November 15 in LA. Now there are some new indications that this is indeed the case… First the film music journalists from ScoringSession.com posted the following tweet, confirming that Williams is indeed in LA and has recorded music for TFA teaser trailer. Later MakingStarWars shared even more interesting bits about the supposedly music recording: We had heard in the past that Williams would be composing new cues for a potential teaser trailer premiering this year, possibly with Disney’s Into The Woods. Today, we received several reports about John Williams recording Star Wars cues at a Sony scoring stage. The Maestro is apparently recording the music for the new Star Wars: The Force Awakens teaser. As we’ve mentioned before, we heard the rough edit of the teaser was just a little over a minute long, showing off new characters from the film and culminating with the return of the Falcon to the big screen! We also heard that this rough edit was cut to existing Star Wars cues. The music recorded today was described by one source as a medley. Really exciting times. As I’ve shared in The Cantina before, I spoke with someone important who saw the trailer but refused to give any details honoring the NDA. Still he mentioned that the teaser is incredible but it’s short. My guess is, it will be just over a minute long and definitely has new footage in it. Now the big question is when to expect the teaser. The most likely candidates are The Hunger Games (November 21), The Hobbit (December 17) or Into the Woods (December 25). Can’t wait.

www.starwars7news.com/2014/11/rumor-possible-teaser-trailer-description-for-star-wars-the-force-awakens.htmlPossible Teaser Trailer Description for Star Wars: The Force Awakens? It’ll be short. And when I say short, I mean one minute long. It’s going to have The Force Theme played on woodwinds, softly, over flashing images of the main leads, each fading to black. There’s no dialogue, just reveals of the characters. And then the music swells up into a full orchestral piece – perhaps what John Williams recorded this weekend? – and we hear a female voice, likely Daisy Ridley’s, saying “Wake up.” And then the title card appears – Star Wars: The Force Awakens – and we see the Millennium Falcon, firing blasters, coming right at the camera.

The Force Awakens on the other hand is boring as hell and sounds like some focus-grouped reboot bullshit. Just like.....the movie?

www.slashfilm.com/star-wars-7-trailer-release-plans/‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ Trailer Won’t Premiere On ‘The Hobbit’; Disney Has “Bigger Plans”On Wednesday, a very credible sounding rumor began to circulate that the trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens would be attached to The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies. Well, we’ve heard from a very credible source that, with 100% certainty, the Star Wars 7 trailer won’t debut with Peter Jackson’s latest Hobbit film. There’s a very strong likelihood it will play with that film but according to the source, Disney has “bigger plans” for the trailer debut than a simple attachment. What does that mean? When will it happen? We honestly don’t know. But we’ll offer up a few suggestions about the Star Wars 7 trailer release. So if Disney has “big plans” to release the first trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens, and with it the first images and information about the film, what could that mean? Well, a debut on TV is possible. Something Disney and Lucasfilm promote to drive ratings for one of their shows. It is November after all, a sweeps month, when ratings for TV shows are used to set the rates for advertising. A month TV stations generally save their biggest events for. Could an attachment to Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D or Star Wars Rebels be in order? Possibly. Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy is married to producer Frank Marshall and his next film, Jurassic World, is likely to debut its first trailer during the Thanksgiving night NFL game on a network owned by their distributor. That’s pretty big, and could be the pattern for Star Wars. Or maybe they take it one step further: an event on the big screen. 20th Century Fox had the right idea when it attached The Phantom Menace trailer to Meet Joe Black, but showed the trailer both before and after the movie. That was unique and awesome. But if we are to assume the trailer will be out by the time The Hobbit hits theaters, the pickings are slim. (And to be clear, it is an assumption. An educated one but an assumption nonetheless.) The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 is out this weekend. Next week, Penguins of Madagascar is kind of big. I don’t think it would be on Exodus: Gods and Kings, and then it’s The Hobbit. Is it possible it won’t be out before The Hobbit? Yes, but that’s not what we’re hearing. Then there’s the chance they go the route James Cameron did with Avatar. Rent out a ton of theaters from coast to coast and invite fans to come in and watch the trailer. Now you’re generating news reports because of the crowds, crazy social media buzz, and an event like atmosphere Star Wars demands. Or if they wanted to go totally out of the box, what’s a bigger holiday event than the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade? Maybe Santa Claus comes down Broadway, live on TV, and with him he brings a gift: The trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Obviously, that last one is a joke but it’s as factual as the other guesses at this point. To be clear, everything above is speculation except this: The trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens will not debut with The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies. It may play with it, it may play after it, but either way the debut will be something more grand. How do you think Disney will manage the Star Wars 7 trailer release?

If it's indeed released soon, I also see it being attached as well to Disney's big holiday movie, Into The Woods. It would make sense.

Fanible, your moment to promote this place has arrived. An 88 second "sneak peek" of Star Wars: The Force Awakens will play in theaters this weekend. So record that footage will your cellphone as soon as it arrives at your movie theater job, put that shit all over the Internet, and put a link to the boards on it.

Are these the "big plans"?
I mean I could go watch it, and for free, but I don't know if I care enough.
Maybe if I felt like there was also a movie needing to be absolutely seen this upcoming weekend.
