SnoBorderZeroI probably won't see this in IMAX the first time, but I'll consider it for the second time. I think what bugs me is that IMAX seems to be exclusively 3D. If they have a bunch of IMAX screenings without the 3D, I'll definitely go. Otherwise... I don't know.

I tried to get IMAX tickets but they sold out FAST. I'll be seeing it in 3D at a normal theater, but I'm definitely up for seeing it the second time in IMAX.

They're showing in it 2D 70mm at the Science Museum IMAX in London. I'll be heading there for my second viewing.
Unless it's cack.

IMAX is the one and only time I can enjoy 3D, or at the very least not let it bother me.

IMAX or bust for sure. Only few times I can actually agree with this.

A guy from work is going to the 2am screening on Thursday (Friday). He told me tickets are still available. I'm tempted.

Well, I'm seeing the movie earlier than I thought. Just got back from my company's Christmas Party and the entire company has tickets to a private showing on Friday, December 18th, 10am.
That's right, I'm getting paid to see Star Wars opening morning with all of my coworkers.

Might be seeing it earlier as well. I think we're going to go see it Thursday night. Just a regular digital showing, though, and then we're still seeing it in IMAX the following Monday.

You can thank or blame Steven Spielberg for J.J. Abrams being hired.

Last night was the Hollywood premiere of Star Wars: The Force Awakens. It screened in three theaters. The response? Overwhelmingly positive.

In all seriousness, stay away from Twitter (and Facebook) for the next couple of days. Tonight's the critic screenings. And tomorrow, from what I hear, Fanible will have to double check for us, theaters will finally be able to unlock the movie.
