I think he's still alive for sure. These shows don't kill people in season 3 without showing you the death.

I liked this season a lot, though some of the action was getting repetitive. I liked the code breaking,

Seeing that they referred to the cop as "The American" multiple times in the season, then said that at the end, and that the actor has already confirmed he's back next season - yeah, he's not dead.

Finished the season earlier tonight. Loved it. Just as awesome as Season 1 IMO, maybe better in some places. It's also better than every one of this year's summer blockbusters if we're not including Endgame in that group.
And yeah, he's alive. Though the question is, how did he survive?

Agree with Deexan, better than 2nd season, smidge less than first.
