We're all hoping for a post-credits sequence like Iron Man, but get shit every time.

I really liked this movie... I just wish they made the location title cards bigger.

Out on digital today in two versions, theatrical and extended The extended version has a nice 45 minute making of documentary.
Excellent film, I loved all the action and how they used the new characters in the ensemble cast.
They used all the characters right IMO, and gave them really rounded out storylines.
Falcon was terrific, Antman was used in smart ways, and unless Sony fucks it up, Spider-man is on point this time.

"Aunt Hottie" lol I guess it does make more sense than having an aunt as old and frail as a grandmother

Maybe it seemed reasonable in the 60's. It always seemed odd to me, since most of my own aunts were younger than my Mom, and the one who isn't is no only three years older.

Well also back then no one really saw his parents so it was somewhat conceivable that his father could have had a brother who was maybe 20 years older or so? I know work families who have kids that far apart in age, but aunt May always seemed more like a great aunt to me

There's even a story out there in which, through a very complicated series of events, it's actually Aunt May who is Peter's true birth mother due to an affair she had with Peter's father. Nobody likes to talk about that one, which is really for the best.

Lol.
It's like Joker killing the Waynes. At some point they reach saturation point and create this ridiculous yet unignorable (if you're a comic fiend) rehashing of history.
Meh. Who cares. We all know the actual origin and no reimagining will ever erase that. These characters are nearly a century old! If they want to rewrite their history then let them, it won't ruin our previous knowledge just like Nolan's Batman didn't ruin Burton's.

That's why they restarted the universe. After so much history it's hard not to step on the continuity

They make some good points. To the point I'm worried I'm going to be underwhelmed during a rewatch once I pick this up.
Glad they mentioned the wussing out by putting the "hey, everything's super-duper" letter at the end. Puke. Like we were worried there wouldn't be more movies now.
