Here it comes... I'm getting a Titanic vibe from it. Feel like it will be relentless from the get-go...the music is going to play a big part. "There's no hiding from this, son. We have a job to do." Titanic vibe? I think it's going to be a thriller from start to finish. Desperation against the clock despite knowing the outcome.

1 hour and 50 minutes, to be exact. But since this movie is supposed to be exclusively about the battle and evacuation (the script supposedly had very little dialogue), that running time makes sense.

It's also split up into three "sections": land, air and sea. Each act focuses on a different form of attack.

Just as long as there isn't an extended scene with someone explaining where Dunkirk is and why World War II started.

The only rotten rating is from Compuserve.
Compuserve does movie reviews?

Seeing this Friday night in IMAX. I guess we were all silly for being skeptical about the PG-13 rating. Some critics are declaring it as Nolan's best work.

It's so hard to find a true 70mm theater, almost harder than finding a real imax. I'll have to just go with my gut and go for the best screen locally.

There is one by me that has a legit IMAX theatre/70mm, or at least they claim to be. I think. Either way, that's where I'll see it.

Down to 95%. Told you it was going to tank. Nah. It's just you posting reviews under your brothers account.
