It's 2 AM and I'm laughing like an idiot at this thread.
APRIL 2009
I had so much to say about the Hannah Montana movie. I'm so glad CS! is burning to the ground. LOL.

You get what you pay for.
You get what you pay for.
JBOND
I don't think any of us would "get what we paid for" unless we went for creepy reasons.

MASTERCHIEF
I watched it. It's not nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be. Miley Cyrus can act, she is attractive and she can sing.

DOOMSDAY
I loved it, soooo many chicks in the audience, it was great! Too bad none of their moms would let me talk to them.

NEVERENDING
I saw the movie tonight. I didn't see it alone. I'm not a weirdo like some people here. There was females with me. Anyway, the movie isn't THAT bad. Because of siblings I've seen the show. So, I wasn't completely clueless to the Hannah Montana universe. They're advertising the movie as some sort of finale, but it isn't at all. The ending was a cop out. They left it open to make more of these things. Obviously. The story is simple. Hannah Montana grows an ego so her dad takes her back home, to a small town in Tennessee, to get her head out of her behind. She does of course. It's pretty cliche. But the setting provided some wonderful visuals. It's a very good looking movie. And the filmmaker did attempt to make something good. I was expecting some fast paced kids movie where it was style over substance. Instead they took their time to tell the story and develop the characters. Although what hurt their attempts was that you knew what was coming a mile ahead. Like I said earlier... it's pretty cliche. But, whatever, it's a kids movie and not a bad one. It's not good either. But it's okay. You won't leave the theater wanting to shoot yourself. Plus, those Hannah Montana songs are a bit of a guilty pleasure.
