And now, the movie has come out at last, and apparently they've credited someone named Bob Macleod as co-creator. They couldn't even be bothered to check the spelling of my name sometime in the last three years.

I have a friend who talked to this guy at a con a few years ago, before the first major delay. She said he was disappointed aspects of it even back then. He also seemed a little peeved he wasn't seeing any revenue from the movie, but he's hardly the only comic creator who never saw a dime of residuals from his property.

McLeod only drew the graphic novel and the first 3 issues.

New Mutants is primarily remembered for Bill Sienkievicz's tenure as an artist, and they're adapting one of his arcs.

The comics were whitewashing Sunspot long before the movie did.

I don't care what McLeod thinks. Its sour grapes at worst, at best disappointment in something moving away from his very limited time with the characters.
