And than they turn out excruciatingly bad! No thanks I'll stick with the Abrahms and Studio to do a series in the near future.

Considering they gathered the funding for original cast members, I would hope it's decent, but I agree. They are usually pretty bad. There's always the possibility that they simply managed to acquire a decent budget, and used most of it getting these actors.

It doesn't look horrible, but the shots during the acting scenes seem out of place. Cinematography is one of my biggest nitpicks when it comes to these (never mind the extreme contrast in acting between the vets and the rest of the cast).
