I think it looks really good. When I heard the description and cast a while back I assumed it would be more comedy-ish/action but this looks like a great drama.

Yeah I think the trailer is promising, my main complaint about Ahnuld's films since he's returned is that when he's on screen it's been good and when he hasn't and the films have oddly chosen to spend so much time with side characters they're terrible. This looks like it's actually going to let Ahnuld do his thing, so I'm hopeful that this is at least his most entertaining film since his return. Looks better than I thought it would.

Well better late than never, Only took him 40 years to decide to act. But all kidding aside I am looking forward to this one. It will be nice to see a different take on the whole zombie craze.

I might have been worried about the PG-13 rating at one time, but World War Z did a decent enough job with it, and this looks like it might be a bit on the tamer side when it comes to zombie stories.

I went to see Maggie last night. Maggie is a character study, and a pretty good one. All involved deliver a compelling performance, something rarely seen from Arnold. We see how a young woman tries to come to terms with not only dying, but becoming a threat to everyone she loves in the process. We have a father struggling to do everything he can to preserve his family in a world that is falling apart. There's the stepmother who loves her husband and stepdaughter, but also has two children of her own to worry about. Looming in the background are the local police, frustrated by locals hiding their infected loved ones and causing a threat to the welfare of the entire community.
If you are just looking for a new take on the classic zombie movie, then Maggie is not for you. This is not a zombie movie. It a film about a family dealing with an ongoing tragedy.

That was the best part about "Escape Plan". I want to see this, but seems like On Demand is the only way to go, it's not getting a wide release at all.

We watched Maggie last night. Schwarzenegger did a great job playing it straight but I wonder if he was more of a distraction than a benefit to the film. While it was nice to see him in a film like this and to see that he can do something besides punch and blow things up, it just felt like the wrong role for him.
That is my only real complaint about the movie though. Some might complain about it being a little on the slow side but this did not bother me. I enjoyed the pacing of the film.
Overall I would give it a 7/10.
