I like to tell girls that there are two men I'm attracted to.
Ryan Gosling and Jared Leto.
It's kind of a joke when I say it, but I realised that they are two guys that, no matter what film they star in, I have to watch them. They're magnetic.
Who is on your list of unmissable performers?
Legends like Pacino and De Niro have become embarrassments in recent years.
Who are the young bucks catching your eye?
There's a theatre actor who rarely performed in front of camera called Mark Rylance. He's considered the greatest theatre actor of his generation, if not of all time.
He's finally starred in a BBC production called Wolf Hall, revolving around Henry VII and his wives. It's fantastic:
They try to big it up as a Game of Thrones type drama but it is so slow burning...it's not like that at all. All the lighting in the night scenes involves candlelight. It's beautifully made.
I recommend it to anyone that doesn't have ADHD.

I'd like to say Robert De Niro but he has made a few movies in the last decade I still haven't seen, much less at the theater.
I'll see anything with Leonardo DiCaprio, Christian Bale, Robert Downey Jr., or Jon Hamm. I've grown to really like Jake Gyllenhaal the last few years as well. I suppose those five are probably the only actors that will pull me in regardless of how the film itself looks. Benedict Cumberbatch is getting close to breaking into that group as well.
As far as women go, I'd say Kate Winslet has a similar effect but she is about the only one and I've certainly skipped a lot of her films. As much as I love Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, they've made so many duds that I can't say I would go out of my way to see their films.

I had the fortune of meeting (and watching) Mr. Rylance years ago when I was at the Globe on a workshop. Fascinating man and agreed, fantastic actor. I'm very disappointed I couldn't see Jerusalem when it was here.
For young guns: Ben Foster Jemma Arterton Ryan Gosling Tom Hiddleston Chris Evans Emily Blunt Mae Whitman
Not so young guns: Patrick Stewart (if you can see this man on stage, GO!)
I'm going add Jennifer Hale and Nolan North in here even though the sheer bulk of their work is voice over. But if I know they're involved in a project, you bet the performance is going to be consistently great.

Leonardo DiCaprio for me. I can't think of a film of his I haven't enjoyed. Christian Bale. He shines in a great film and can make a bad film better. Liam Neeson. Although he's starting to mass produce films almost at the level Nicholas Cage was doing a decade ago, I still enjoy his flicks.

Ahnuld. I've sat through "Hercules in New York", "The Villain", and "Red Sonja" can't say I'd watch every film of another actor, it's not always worth it. Ahnuld makes me laugh, even through the shittiest of movies.

Yeah, I'm trying to acquire the rights to "The Hotter Chick" as we speak, I think it's got potential, man.

Richard Jenkins.
The Jenks is a chameleon, I'll always look for him in flicks.
But seriously I'll check out anything Michael Shannon is in these days.

It stems back to Requiem For A Dream, I guess. It holds a special place in my filmic history.
