This morning Trump Tweeted that Republicans should probably repeal Obama Care now, and work on replacing it later on. He's truly uncaring and insane. =$==$= He's also a misogynistic bully. He personally attacked Mike Brzezinski from Morning Joe, by saying: I heard poorly rated @morning_Joe speaks badly of me (don't watch anymore). Then how come low I.Q. Crazy Mika, along with Psycho Joe, came .to Mar-a-Lago 3 nights in a row around New Year's Eve, and insisted on joining me. She was bleeding badly from a face-lift. I said no!All she said was that she found it funny and ridiculous that Trump put a fake TIME magazine cover of himself up in the trophy and awards section of eight of his properties. Now Joe has said similar things about Trump quite often, but he went after the woman with personal insults, and its not the first time (won't be the last knowing him). ====$ Then there this news story broken by the Wall Street Journal Russian Hackers Reportedly Discussed Getting Hillary Clinton's Emails To Michael Flynnwww.buzzfeed.com/claudiakoerner/russian-hackers-reportedly-discussed-getting-hillary?utm_term=.yvVmdK6mlw#.gl6GWdKG5yThings seem to be heating up for Flynn, and indirectly perhaps, for Trump. With Trump's efforts to get Flynn out of trouble repeatedly, its not a far stretch of the imagination to guess trump knew about it too.

He's still twittering about Joe and Mike (Morning Joe program) today.
Yesterday Joe exposed one of Trump's meaner tactics, and I think one could even call it a crime.
Back at the beginning of the month Trump had his son in !aw, Jared (allegedly) Call from the Whitehouse to tell Joe that he 'should come to the Whitehouse to apologize to Trump for the mean way they're talking about him, and he'll spike (cancel) an upcoming story in the National Enquirer about them.'
Trump is good friends with CEO David Pecker and has fed the tabloid with scandalous stories about other people he didn't like.
Joe basically brushed it off back then, but in light of the recent nastiness, he thought it was an appropriate time to reveal what happened.
Trump was obviously watching because minutes after Joe said that, Trump tweeted that Joe called him to beg him to stop the story, and he said no.
Joe came back asking why does Trump lie about things that could easily be checked and verified? He continued to say he has the phone records of who called who! Lol

I appreciate that is a cool story, but that is a shit tweet.
Just write an article. No one wants to read a 46 point tweet storm.

NPR's Declaration of Independence tweetstorm confuses some
National Public Radio marked the Fourth of July by tweeting the entire Declaration of Independence, but it seems some Twitter users didn't recognize what they were reading.
The broadcaster tweeted out the words of the declaration line-by-line Tuesday. Some of the founders' criticisms of King George III were met with angry responses from supporters of President Donald Trump, who seemed to believe the tweets were a reference to his presidency.
One tweet read, "A Prince whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people."
Another said: "and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation."
A Twitter user accused NPR of condoning violence while trying to sound patriotic. The user apologized after the misunderstanding was pointed out.
Another asked if the tweet was talking about the U.S. current foreign agenda, asking if Americans were the tyrants.
Others were under the impression NPR was trying to provoke Trump with the tweets and praised the outlet for doing so. Many, recognizing it was the Declaration of Independence, said how history is repeating itself.
NPR broadcast its annual reading of the declaration for the 29th straight year on Independence Day. This is the first year the tradition has been extended to Twitter.
Spokeswoman Allyssa Pollard says the tweets were shared by thousands of people and generated "a lively conversation."

I can't help but wonder, how many Trumptards see this graphic and conclude it must be fake because the Reality stats don't total 100%?

I can't help but wonder, how many Trumptards see this graphic and conclude it must be fake because the Reality stats don't total 100%? Even if the stereotype were true, teenagers are major consumers, wouldn't you want them to spend? You can't do that making $7 an hour and working 10 hours a week. Fact is, wages haven't caught up with inflation. When I was in high school, a combo at McDonald's was $3 and a student ticket at the movie theater was $7. With $10, I could hang out with my friends at the mall. These days, teenagers probably need an entire paycheck to do anything.

There's also the argument to be made though that raising the minimum wage to a certain point would price those same teenagers out of the market. Why would a small business owner want to pay $15 an hour (roughly $31,000 a year) to a 16 year old with no job experience when they can pay that same amount to someone who brings something more to the table? It's a lot of money for your average small business owner most of whom aren't multi-billionaires swimming in vats full of money.

The idea is that, over time, the wages that older and more seasoned workers will demand will rise along with the minimum. In other words, even for $15 an hour the pool of people that want to work at McDonalds isn't going to go through the roof and the young and uneducated workers are ultimately going to stay the same.

Generally
A teenager ages 14 or 15 has about 38 weeks of school, and is allowed from what I have read to work 18 hours on a school week. So at $15/hour they can earn up to...
$10,260 while in school.
That leaves 14 summer weeks at a maximum of 40 hours a week, which comes to...
$8,400 for the summer
Totalling a maximum of $18,660/year.
However, not many 14 and 15 year olds are going, or want to work that many hours. Those that are 17 and up don't have hourly restrictions, but many of them have school as well.
Many adults don't even work 40 hours a week, and if they do, they're probably managing, or are salaried because businesses don't like to pay overtime.
So these days in many jobs not everyone at minimum really hits the magic $31,200/ year - realistically.
EDIT- By the way, the 2017 Federal guidelines for determining poverty level income is $32,960 for a household of SIX people.

Caught lying three times over the Don Jr. Meeting with Russians to get dirt on Clinton. I guess they'll never learn they can't keep hiding stuff from the press and the American citizens.
AG Sessions apparently spoke to an anti LBGT Group listed as a hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center. The contents of the speech have not been revealed.
Representative Brad Sherman just introduced the first Articles of Impeachment against Trump. I still think its amlittle too soon, and don't think KT will be entertained until possibly next year as the investigations close in on evidence.

Wow Trump still thinks he's in charge of the Department of Justice. He gave another interview to the NYT and really went off the rails about AG Sessions.
'If he would have told me he was going to refuse himse!f before I picked him, I would have picked someone else! Its not fair, its not fair to the President'
Then he was saying how Muller would going over the line if he looked into Trump's personal finances and so on, and so forth.
He doesn't get separation of power - the concept is foreign to him.

Ooo, Trump is on the ropes! He's feeling the pain now that they're looking into his finances for the last ten years.
That's the very last thing he ever wanted to happen. He'll be exposed as the swindler he's been all along. They're gonna find his ties to Russian banks and their government. All the dirty dealing will be public knowledge.
Two of Trump's legal team have resigned, and he's been trying to find a way to wiggle out of trouble. He's asking them to find conflict of interest in any investigator Special Counsel Muller has digging into his business.
Trump is also brushing up on the rules of presidential pardons. He wants to know if he can pardon his family, his staff, and HIMSELF!
Pardons won't stop the investigation, or impeachment proceedings. Presidential pardons only cover Federal prosecution protection, but State criminal court could still prosecute. And also, unless a special provision is included,wn acceptance of a pardon is basically an admission of guilt.
Nixon never pardoned anyone, including himself, because he thought it would be dishonorable

Neverending Coming from Massachusetts, I can say with absolute certainty that Elizabeth Warren would make a shit president. She's good at grilling Republicans in the hotseat, but I really don't think she's someone that the people will rally behind in the numbers they need to take on Trump supporters. Lack of true leadership is the only thing holding the left back. Trump's approaching the weakest he's going to be, now's the time to strike. This is the time when someone unexpected needs to step up and take control of the left.

The GOP is not just gonna let their meal ticket go. Sure, they may not consider him one of them, but he has managed to maintain his grasp on a fiercely loyal base that has shown to be more than willing to turn a blind eye to any wrong doings he has been implicated of. They need these voters at any cost. If the left gets someone even halfway decent for 2020, there's no way Pence will win. Trump's their man and they will do everything to protect him. He needs to be taken down now, while he's bleeding, or he may become more powerful than ever expected.

Right now Mitch McConnell is trying to use Trump's legal diversions to cover his underhanded manipulation attempts on the Senate. If people are going to start losing their insurance like the CBO says they will, the Republicans especially trump, will be toast. His base may like the increase in jobs, and a few extra bucks in raises some are currently seeing, but tons of Republican voters (and Democratic voters) don't want to see their premiums go sky high, or their deductibles for that matter, and sure as shit don't want the reduced coverage for a reduced price. All Trump pretty much has to do is obstruct justice again and try to influence the investigation, firing people in the DoJ to get Muller fired is gonna have to be the line he can't cross for the Republicans. No matter how fractured Congress is, that would be a constitutional crisis, and a slap at democracy. Its hat threatened Nixon with impeachment and if they do nothing there should be an uproar. We shall see...
