Too me would Thor is getting genaric Id be ok for new Avengers added and Thor could have sat this one out. I would have saved Thor for Thanos. And introduced Ant Man Wasp and Ms Marvel here. Or Even Given Quick Silver and Scarlet Witch more Avenger time. Thor is an original I know but he doesnt do allot as much as Cap, Iron Man and Hulk do.

Serkis' role is still a mystery. as for other things I think the broken shield does point to Civil War
Winter Soldier (or actually The Falcon) is set to take over for Cap - Evans has not signed up for another Cap movie after 3.
Downey Jr is appearing in Cap3 but not signed up for Iron Man 4 - this also points to Civil War as a possibility and maybe we will see Rhodey in the next Iron Man.
Hulk is looking rough around the edges - and the appearance of the Hulk Buster armor makes me think World War Hulk is a possibility for him.
Thor? I don't know - he drops the hammer or is not worthy of it again? Possibilities.
Hawkeye and Black Widow - I think those could be illusions they're facing - Natasha was KGB and they're the ones who put the false ballerina background into her brain.
Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver look too calm in the presence of Ultron so perhaps they start the film working with him???
In any case, the Avengers have a LOOOOOOONNNNGGG list of characters they could add into their ranks - the line up has frequently changed in the comics

I think This carries simular Cap 2 dark tones. What I was saying earlier was Thor could have sat this out and made way to add a new Avenger and saved God Of Thunder for Thanos. I kinda get tired of Thors I make no mistake attitude and his brother is a murderer.

any speculation on Serkis' character? I've read some speculation that Serkis is playing Ulysses Klaw, who is a Black Panther villain. The primary reasoning for this is that Klaw could be a source of Vibranium, which is only available in Wakanda. Ultron is made from Adamantium in the comics, but since that particular fictional metal is exclusive to Fox's X-Men franchise, the MCU makes anything indestructible from Vibranium instead.  |

That could be - I was thinking Irish -- like Banshee (Sean Cassidy) or something but that looks more the part. Also with my above spoiler parts I'm thinking Downey Jr could also be moving over to take control of SHIELD since he has more to work with than Coulson does, and because he's a narcissistic control freak (he had a whole army of robot suits ready to go - and obviously pre-made a Hulk Buster suit.) And Nick Fury is still "dead to the world" |

Well his father was one of the founders of the first Shield so I think Stark, Coulson and Fury will work out a deal where Stark has some power in new Shield but the world will believe Fury and Coulson are the leaders. make Stark a SIlent but big part of Shield. Really Fury and Stark have the same ideas.

What makes this Marvel series so perfect is the fact that they will never have to reboot anything. From Iron Man forward, they have made the perfect movie universe that now spans entire motion picture companies and has helped them to network like never before. If Chris Evans decides to stop being Captain America, they can just kill him and move forward with the story as it is already presented in the comics. Same goes for other actors/characters. Marvel has an endless supply of characters that they can continuously introduce to film, so knowing that, I can honestly say that whatever comes next, won't be disappointing to say the least.

Make Captain America appear to be dead, then the Winter Soldier takes up the mantle for a while. When that storyline runs it's course, the original Cap is revealed to be still alive, but is now being played by someone else. |

With Ruffalo, he makes the perfect Banner, and I was happy to see him stick around for more than just one film. The only actor who can't be replaced is Robert Downey, Jr. Unless... they do the complete opposite and go for the alcoholic Tony Stark from the comics. Which they might do someday since Downey's version of Tony Stark never had a substance abuse problem. There was some hints of it in Iron Man 2 but it didn't develop into much. |

I think Fury and Coulson trust Stark enough to keep a Dead Secret. Ultron sounds like something Fury could support if its meant to defend people. Fury after all was ok making 3 big air carriers of doom.
