Okay, since JBond hasn't been around in a while, I'm not sure he's gonna do this this year. Jibbs, if you show up and want to take over, feel free. Anyway, I don't want to see it die, so I'll try to take the reins. It sounds like Jibbs, gave a point per nominee in each category, except only 5 for BP, so I will copy that. (which this year is just 5 for every category). If you make a change, you need to let me know or I likely won't catch it.

I think it would be so funny if we spent months with Miyazaki and Spider-Man fans at each other's throats but in the end, Robot Dreams wins.

Elemental would be funny too, but I give Robot Dreams a tad edge in humor because I'm still not convinced it actually exists.

I'm going to have to take your word for that, because it's very apparent that both it and Io Capitano are the only Nominees that I have zero access to.l before the ceremony.
Well, that and a bunch of stuff on Netflix, which has completely gone belly up on me. Can't get it to load on Roku or Playstation for the past few weeks, and their new password system for some reason thinks my new phone belongs to someone else, so it's like "lol fuck off." Which means Nyad, El Conde, American Symphany, Four Daughters, and To Kill a Tiger are off the table until it decides to play nice. But I'm fairly confident none of them are going to win.

I like Across the Spider-Verse but if The Boy and the Heron loses tomorrow I'm gonna start killing people. Bad enough they snubbed the score. Uh, you might want to start removing any knives or firearms from your home now... I'm too much of a pacifist to own a gun. I'll kill people with my bare hands. I like Across the Spider-Verse but if The Boy and the Heron loses tomorrow I'm gonna start killing people. Bad enough they snubbed the score. I'll look in the Canadian news on Monday for the headline "Local Film Student and Video Blogger Goes On Killing Spree." There actually was a multiple homicide in my home city this week so I probably shouldn't have opened this avenue of jokes.
