I read an article today that said Stalker is on the bubble to probably be canceled - but that was speculation. They also mentioned Mysteries of Laura and Forever - which I have also been watching

Stalker averages 7 million viewers. That's a hit on any channel. But this is CBS we're talking about here. They have NCIS, The Big Bang Theory and other shows that are monster hits. I guess, to them, 7 million is nothing.

True Detective, Veep and Thrones are the only ones I watched in their entirety.
I'll be catching up on The Walking Dead, The Leftovers and Boardwalk Empire over the holidays.

I'll just do a top five. I don't know that I even watch ten shows, so doing anything more than five is going to be frivolous.
1. Game of Thrones 2. Mad Men 3. Parks and Recreation 4. Sherlock 5. True Detective

5. Orange is the New BlackNetflix's hit comedy has a swatch of interesting supporting characters, and I love shows with a swatch of supporting characters. Sure most of them are heavy caricatures, but its still a pretty fun show. 4. Brooklyn 99The freshest new comedy to be seen on the networks since Community. Its just damn funny and has slowly been winning me over the more I see it. Andy Sandberg is hilarious and his style of humour is evident throughout the whole show. I hope this sticks around for a while. 3. House of CardsThis show seems to be getting better and better, as the second season took the foundation of the first and jolted it with a new infusion of energy. Its smart, ts savvy, its a great fix for backdoor politics. 2. True DetectiveI'm not sure I'm a fan of the overall "separate story" premise for the series, but I have to say that the debut season was a knockout. I was very skeptical at first, but McCaunahey and Harrelson drew me in and kept my interest the whole way through. Great tone and atmosphere, and remember that scene when they are escaping the gang fight? Awesome. 1. Game of ThronesI mean, its my favourite show on TV right now. I'm a massive fan f the books, and the show is a great compliment to them. The fourth season may have been their strongest effort since their amazing debut season. So many great moments from Tyrion's trial, to the Red Viper vs. the Mountain, to that amazing battle episode at the wall.

That long take after the gang shootout was the best scene in TV this year.

I've been meaning to get back into House of Cards. Season 3 starts in about a month and a half, I should probably get on that I guess.

Feel like I am missing one or two but that is what I have for now.

entertainthis.usatoday.com/2015/03/12/are-unbreakable-kimmy-schmidt-and-the-americans-secretly-connectedAre 'Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt' and 'The Americans' secretly connected? One intrepid fan noticed that a vintage stock footage shot of a young girl doing the hula hoop in Kimmy is also part of the opening credits for The Americans, you know the show about Soviet spies posing as an ordinary American family in the 80s. So clearly, clearly there is some connection here. Allow us to play Sen. Joe McCarthy and run down the conspiracy theories: CONSPIRACY THEORY NO. 1: KIMMY’S PARENTS ARE RUSSIAN SPIESThis is totally plausible. We’ve never met Kimmy’s birth parents, only her step-dad and her half-sister. We learn that her mother left her step-dad (probably for good reason since he’s kind of the worst) and that when Kimmy ran away (and got kidnapped) they were having a fight about her mother’s short skirt. So obviously, Kimmy’s dad was off doing some Russian spy things and her mom was holding down the “single mother” cover while she did her spy things (hence the short skirt, she was probably seducing an American politician). CONSPIRACY THEORY NO. 2: REVEREND RICHARD WAYNE GARY WAYNE IS A RUSSIAN SPYJohn Jibbs frankyt JustinCONSPIRACY THEORY NO. 3: KIMMY IS A RUSSIAN SPYThis whole “bunker” thing is an elaborate cover and she did it all to infiltrate the home of a Wall Street executive. Like Xanthippe said, the Voorhees family knows nothing about Kimmy, really (Jacqueline thought her last name was “Smith” for awhile), and they let her into their home. Also, this explains her unerring optimism. It’s all an act. The Hula Hoop Girl in question.
