I just read this seconds ago. I have never seen Big Adventure. Just rewatched. Solid 8/10. Burton aesthetic blends real well with Reubens performance and Reuben's/Phil Hartman's script. It's looney tunes at times, on a shoestring budget that still looks better than recent CGI slop. Couple dragging points, but definitely holds up. Show it to Doomsday Jrs in the 8-10 yr old range and they'll love it.
