Grubauer, Saad and Bellemare, all moving on from the Avs. Loved Grubauer and felt the whole season that he kept them in games and looked pretty solid. With Kuemper coming now and after hearing that Grubauer allegedly said something along the lines of signing with the Kraken being, "a no-brainer," I'm ok with him gone. The Kraken are nowhere near Cup ready like the Avs so he's just making choices based on money. Guess he's already won a Cup so now he's just in it for the money.
Saad was great in the playoffs, not as easy to replace. Glad Landy and Makar are signed to multi year contracts.

Pens have a crew fighting for spots and shit so as usual the young guys buy into the system early on, once geno comes back some attitude comes into the lineup and it kinda messes with the chemistry in my opinion.
New Jarry pads were great and he looked good. Most important player on the team, but also Marino and Pettersson both looked back to their pre pandemic form and that's gonna be huge for us if so, and the checking lines were humming controlling play forcing Tampa to just ice the puck repeatedly, we def got better defensively with mcginn Simon and heinen coming in.
Jason Zucker is still a fucking ghost out there though. What a waste of a trade.

Covid still very much a problem, Carter and Jarry both are positive. Prob miss the game against the leafs this weekend. Gonna be brutal.
