The 2-1 Clippers are back. Maybe we've underestimated Lue as a coach all these years. He's been really adept at making adjustments, and if Kawhi was healthy in this series (to be fair Suns are without Chris Paul as well) they could be up 2-1. (Or if Paul George sinks clutch free throws) |

Kudos to the Bucks. I had Suns picked for the series, and after the first two games of Phoenix's fluid offense running smoothly I was looking pretty good on that pick.
But Middleton and Holliday and Portis really stepped up, and Giannis dominated them game after game.
And with Brooklyn having a full offseason to regroup and practice with their new core, this may have been Milwaukee's one shot to capture the title and they took full advantage of it.

Dunno who guards giannis when he's going full interior beast mode. As long as he doesn't brick up jump shots and decides to use his body down low nobody can really get in his way.
And if he hits free throws it's over, hack a Greek will be on the menu but some games it'll backfire.

The clutch free throw shooting was unreal and obviously the difference in the game. Everyone talks about "what if Giannis becomes a better shooter", but in reality if the guy can knock down free throws at a 75%+ clip, he doesn't need to shoot from outside the paint at all. |
