I love it. Best blend of comic-book silliness and semi-legit cold war thriller. And the most purely Hitchcockian Bond film. The helicopter attack scene certainly evokes North by Northwest and a similar theory of suspense informs Grant's interactions with Bond on the train. Their fight scene rules too as does the film's wonderfully eccentric yet still menacing collection of villains. |

Ninjas repelling into a hollowed out volcano lair with machine guns to fight a creepy bald dude with a scar. Love it. Also the cigarette rocket launcher is cool. |
