Reloaded is the passable sequel. Revolutions sucked.
AOTC was cool in theaters for parts, but is easily the worst Star Wars on rewatch.

Man, two movies with basically opposite problems. Reloaded looks great and plays well but its screenplay is a total mess, AOTC has a simple story that works fine in broad strokes but it's very poorly shot and acted and has very bad dialogue.
Reloaded has the highway chase though, so that gives it the edge.

Dracula and Doomsday are right. The Attack of the Clones highway chase is amazing, so I vote for Star Wars.

The Matrix Reloaded
It has issues and gets bogged down in too much pseudo-philosophical babble (especially the scene with The Architect), but it's a fun movie and opens up the world of The Matrix decently well.
Attack of the Clones is a piece of shit through and through. Bad writing, bad acting, a totally nonsensical plot, total reliance on 2002 green screen which has aged as poorly as you'd imagine, and served as the realization that Phantom Menace wasn't just a bad start but rather the entire trilogy was a failure.
Seeing Neo kick the shit out of endless Agents is fun. Seeing bad-CGI Yoda flip around and battle Dooku is just embarrassing.

Quantum of Solace. it's not Midichlorian-bad. It's not "Are you an angel" bad. It's not space-Chinese bad.
The only thing Phantom Menace has going for it is the final duel and "Duel of the Fates"
Quantum of Solace is the least bad here. By far.
