I kinda like Solo and in some ways it's a better movie than Live and Let Die, but Live and Let Die is memorable and unique in a way Solo just isn't.

I hate Solo, I think it's such a useless movie that has absolutely no reason to exist and fails at everything it attempts to do. It's maybe not as bad as Phantom Menace and Attack of the Clones, but at least those movies have purposes and still feel like epic storytelling even though it's all terrible. Solo doesn't even provide any new insight into Han Solo as a character, or have the balls to try to be a fun antihero film. It acts like a rejected piece of crappy online fan fiction that Disney foolishly threw a ton of movie at. Audiences rejected that movie for a reason.
Live and Let Die has a great theme song and Jane Seymour and Roger Moore running across alligator heads. Three positives to Solo's zero positives.
