Kinda funny that they got one of the co-writers of the Ryan Reynolds movie to take a crack at it again. Though, Guggenheim did make the CW DC-verse successful.

Kinda funny that they got one of the co-writers of the Ryan Reynolds movie to take a crack at it again. Greg Berlanti was also a co-writer on Green Lantern and they gave him the keys to the entire network.

It's difficult to say how responsible for the disaster he is from the outside. All the bad decisions could have been his idea, or most of his contributions may have been shouted down by the suits, producers and director. Considering that Simon Kinberg wrote both X3 and Dark Phoenix though, it seems like a bad idea to even let him try. It's WB. They've got a long history of failing to learn from history.
