Dracula preparing his list:
‘Hmm, what movies has Deexan not seen? Maybe I can give him some Tarkovsky? Perhaps a Renoir piece? Ah fuck it, Godfather.’

Godfather it is. For you, in the time-honoured January tradition of the world more than likely coming to an end very soon thanks to nuclear warfare: ThreadsThe Quiet Earth When The Wind BlowsSuperman IV: The Quest For PeaceDracula preparing his list: ‘Hmm, what movies has Deexan not seen? Maybe I can give him some Tarkovsky? Perhaps a Renoir piece? Ah fuck it, Godfather.’ Hehe. It'll be good to get the monkey off my back.

Ugh, I also forgot I don't get Netflix DVDs anymore and for the life of me I can't figure out how to search movies at Netflix to see which are streaming. Seriously, someone go online and find the search tab, it isn't there. I should probably drop out of this round. Sorry, PG.

Yeah, none of those are streaming. I'll get my DVDs back at some point.

Are those even real movies? Oh, they're real. They cater to a pretty specific audience, but they're real.

The Godfather
Is it even worth me reviewing this? No, it is not. I got exactly what I expected, which was exactly what everyone has been describing since I first heard about this film in the 1980s. One thing that did surprise me is the low number of references I picked up on throughout, having seemingly heard so many over the years. Really, the only things I knew were coming were the horse's head, the music and 'make him an offer he can't refuse' line (and maybe a couple of others I can't recall), everything else was fresh and unexpected. Incredible stuff. So thank you, Dracula , for filling this void in my life. #2 next... In conclusion - The Godfather: Not bad. Not bad at all. 9/10
