I don't know what a Colour Society is, but I can say I appreciate anytime someone speaks out against their abuser. Too much of our society and culture is built with this idea of power, and one of the places it exists is in the workplace, unfortunately. I know how hard it can be to want to speak out when you feel like your career and reputation are on the line. Hollywood is one big workplace. Every time one of these horrific situations comes to light, it's disheartening because it happened, but it's inspiring because, like it or not, people pay attention to the celebrity world, and this will hopefully empower more people who are too scared to speak their truth - in the workplace, or otherwise.
