I was just thinking about that the other day. It’s been 4 years since that movie and we haven’t heard even a whisper from him. He’s in his mid-70s now, wouldn’t be a bad idea to pack it in.
I think it was on Wikipedia that I read that he disowned Blackhat shortly after its release. Dude, you can’t drop a movie then instantly disown it because you know you made a shitty movie. Own it and move on like any good filmmaker. Or, just tell yourself how great it is and how great you are and that nobody gets it because everyone is an idiot like Kevin Smith and M. Night Shyamalan.
