Back in the day, MC117 and I discussed the prospect of a Moon Knight movie for a while and we both thought it'd be cool if they ever did one.

Guys... They are still thinking of doing a Moon Knight movie. This isn't all that farfetched. Kevin Feigie has said it multiple times they are trying to find a proper time to intrduce him.
He's basically Batman in MCU

I think their point is that it's slightly more appropriate to start a thread when there's an actual announcement that it is being made, even if it's just that they're hiring writers or directors to start work on it. Not a random actor or writer saying "I'd love to do this movie if I were ever given the opportunity". In fact, just from your quote alone, I'm not even sure that's what they said. They just nonchalantly mentioned that if they were ever to return to writing for the MCU, they probably would need to scale it back and go smaller. A solo origin story. That there's lots of characters on the side-lines that can still be brought in and done, like Moon Knight or something. I'd definitely love a Moon Knight movie, and by all means bring those two aboard. Would be pretty exciting. tl:dr We're a small close-knit bunch on here. Leave the click-bait for your site (although that's also something you should ponder on).  |
