Tomorrow Never Dies was the first Bond movie I saw in theaters.
The World Is Not Enough is my least favorite Bond movie.

The hotel room scene between Brosnan and Hatcher is one of the better “quiet scenes” in the Bond series. I’d be curious to know what Daniel Craig fanboy PhantomKnight thinks of the scene and one of Brosnan’s brooding moments. Just like the movie -- and much of the franchise itself -- it's largely forgettable. In fact, I don't remember that scene at all. |

I always forget which of the Brosnan movies other than Goldeneye is the decent one, and which is the bad one.

I haven't watched it in a while, but that scene is one of the first that pops into my head when The World is Not Enough is mentioned to me (that and the saw blade helicopter). It had Brosnan strapped to a chair with like a belt around his head that they were squeezing tighter, and in traditional Bond fashion he's goading the evil Stockholm Syndrome girl by mocking her for sleeping with him: "One. Last. Screw."
It's a little similar to the torture scene in Casino Royale, though that scene was more badass. "Now everyone is going to know you died scratching my balls!"
