Still the 29th on the west coast. Just at the nick of time. Happy 30th anniversary to the day Doomsday became a man. I remember seeing The Mask in theaters with my family. My dad wouldn't stop saying how hot the actress was to the point where my mom got pissed. |

Ha, we watched it a few weeks back. She was a big fan of the scene where the two had their fishing hooks hooked to each other and pulled each other back and forth. I still think the three foot man eating chicken is one of the best gags ever put to film.

We've finally got a locked in babysitter for this weekend. Time to get back to the movies with all the plebs but need to decide what to see... The wife doesn't really like horror so longlegs and cukoo are prob out - doubt she wants to use her only pic on an MCU movie so prob Deadpool's out too.
Leaves borderlands, twisters, trap... Is there anything else out that has some potential to not be awful? And if your only choices were those... Which would be best on the big screen? Be mindful it'll be a Saturday night with alllll the plebs out in force.

Be mindful it'll be a Saturday night with alllll the plebs out in force. Can't speak for Borderlands. Twisters is exactly what it looks like for better or worse. Trap is a thriller with an odd choice of protagonist and some weird Schymalanisms but it does take some interesting risks here or there. Are Didi or Sing Sing playing anywhere near you this weekend? Hearing good things about them. |
