Why is there a 25-minute documentary on the making of “It Wasn’t Me” by Shaggy? Because early 2000s nostalgia has arrived:

I watched this one. Not as riveting as the Shaggy one, but that’s cause those Italian dudes were reluctant to explore their hatred for one another. They were just passive aggressive. Kinda funny. lol. And to think we have Cher to thank for that fucking song. It takes a lot of drugs to go from his to this

It's kind of unintentionally funny because the main dude got a ridiculous haircut but that's about it.

don't bother with the Papa Roach one. I can’t remember which is Papa Roach and which is Puddle of Mudd. I just know Creed is the one with the religious dude who wanted to fight Fred Durst before 9/11 happened.

Papa Roach is the "Cut my life into pieces, this is my last resort" one and Puddle of the Mudd is the "Can you take it all the way, but you shoved it in my face" one.

Papa Roach is the more Emo of the two. But visually if you had asked me who Papa Roach was, I would have said the dudes from POD

Learned today my hometown has the highest unemployment rate of all censuses taken in Canada right now at 13.5%. The national avg in Dec is about 8.6%. I have nothing against people panhandling and asking for money however, in our downtown, you only need to walk 1-2 blocks and I have been asked 3-4x if I can spare some change.
It's a small town and we are getting blasted everywhere right now. Our Covid numbers have more than tripled in the past 2.5 weeks. We have 5-6 long term care outbreaks on the go and just waiting for our New Years visiting numbers to spike it up more.

Soooooop the timing and timeline are a bit rushed but the company I work for is puting up a spy/secrets theme film festival.
If you happen to be or know anyone who would be interested in submitting anything, PM me and I can give you all the info.
Figure I'd use my marginal influence for some good where I can.

Nothing I like better these days than making bread. Whole day just gets lost in the slap and fold and rubaud mixing and folding, researching new techniques to get air inside the bread, weighing out the starter to mix the levain, precise measurements required for salt content as it retards the fermentation process. And while working from home, only a few real labor intensive spots for bread, mostly it's proofing and resting at specific intervals.
Would be a dream job if bakers didn't have such shitty hours.

The 'giving season' has ended but there are still many hungry people.

It's been a while, but I guess they were OK.
Whoppers and Bit O Honey are worse.

I'm partial to fruity candy.
Circus Peanuts are my least favorite, but they're one for the old timers.

Cilantro?
If Circus Peanuts count as candy (I actually like them), then I have to bring up the monstrosity of Peeps.
