It was me trying to figure it out. It was just a real common name when I was a kid, at least in my area. Me, Drac, PK? Huh, on one of the videos I'm currently working on, there's literally a joke about me knowing too many Mikes. I didn't know you were one too.

I'm surrounded by Irish Catholic families in Massachusetts, I think it was probably the most popular male name in this region for all the 80s, followed by Patrick.

I grew up in Ontario, near French-Canada, and by extension I got called Danielle a lot despite my name very clearly only having on e and on l.

It was the most popular baby name in America from 1954 to 1998. Number 2 behind Jacob until 2008. Only recently dropped out of the top five, not sure why.

I shared that with a WhatsApp group earlier and the first reply was "Standing next to her old hula-hoop, now redundant." I lol'd.

That new Natalie wood doc on HBO is such a silly exercise.
Gregson Wagner is truly a really dumb bitch.

Like, I don't even think there's really a conspiracy to be found in the story but the doc is so transparently a one sided film micromanaged by the family that it makes it look like they are covering something up.

Having a really difficult time this Mothers Day. Went over to my parents for a driveway visit and I saw my Dad for first time in awhile and he's not doing well mentally. I got to get this out of me. We've spoken on the phone, great relationship, between us but I can tell he's not himself. He's older in his 80s and prior to Covid I had tried to make more time for seeing him, he has some lung issue too so high risk. I feel like I'm running out of time and today for the first time a scary reality set in that maybe I cant give him the hug I know he and I both want. We grew up no hugs and hes craving that connection now of all times and it's killing me that this damn Covid shit is here, great timing and honestly months away till any semblance of normal returns.
If you have anyone in your life you need to say something to, do it, dont wait.

I think a lot of people are coming to realize how distant they are from family now that periodic visits of the kind that used to occur here and there are not longer happening.
