So this family moves into an apartment building, and while unpacking, the young daughter wanders into the laundry room and gets attacked by a troll. I don’t know if the girl is kidnapped or murdered but the troll turns into the girl. Now he/she/it is causing all sorts of trouble in the building, annoying the neighbors.
