I am needing ideas/suggestions on all areas on doing a surprise birthday for my friends 40th birthday. I have some ideas in mind but not sure if there dumb. Doing a theme of what was popular the year they were born? Maybe getting a gift such as a 40 year old bottle of wine or something along those lines? They been wanting a new mac but would that be a good gift for turning 40? Any MAC suggestions? I need help in all areas for the surprise party.No strip club or strippers haha. His wife is going to be at t the surprise party.

Yea, money isnt a problem so 2k would be ok for the MAC. And yes jibbs they like surprise parties.

Every free Mason I know is a farty old man who loves cheap beer, I believe Chapelle would call them dusty white folks. I've been tapped to join so many times I can't even begin to understand the attraction of joining that weird group. And they might have money in places... But every Lodge is in some old barn or pseudo VFW building.
Mac and a case of whatever local light swill sounds like it'll do the trick.
Then again I hate bdays. Just seem to celebrate mortality in a way I can't get behind.

lol he is defiantly not fat surprisingly. One of the very few free masons that arnt fat. Would a free mason gift be a good or bad idea? Like maybe a shirt, ring, mug, etc with free mason symbol on it. MAC is main gift tho. But need to research which ones. Also is this a good idea or bad? Where you do a theme of a year he was born. Like the popular things back then. Or that just would be corny? As well as gifts of that time period.
