With the success of IT, many are expecting a run on Stephen King adaptations in TV and movies.

This got me thinking.. What adaptations would be your dream adaptation (not necessarily King) that hasn't been done? Or is due for a rework?

For me it would be an AMC or HBO limited series of The Stand. Devote an entire season to the plague running amok.

Or Discworld, though I'm not quite sure what would be the correct medium for that.
