Most of this cast were either dead or has-beens when I was a kid, but I was familiar with most of them in some capacity thanks to reruns and old movies on the UHF stations. Even the premium cable channels back then showed older movies regularly. As for Jerry Lewis, I never much cared for his style of humor. He was a good dramatic actor as well, which I found compelling. In the 80's he played a gangster for a season on a show called Wiseguy along with Stanley Tucci and Ron Silver. |
