Hadn't heard about it. Seems odd, if I recall correctly the unibomber manhunt only ended because of a lucky break, I don't see a lot of dramatic potential in that.

No. They do tell part of the story as flash forward, when he's trying to convince Kaczynski to plead guilty, but so far the past has been him as the upstart BAU profiler, how he changed the way they were tracking him, to the receipt of the manifesto. The papers only ever published the manifesto at the FBI and DOJ urging. Give it a watch, you'll like it I swear. |
