Seems like it is just running the joke into the ground?

Maybe a tad, though when Franco walks out and exclaims "I hit her!" that was probably the biggest laugh I've had at a trailer all year.
Really looking forward to this movie. The Room is one of the greatest epics of our time and it looks like James Franco is extremely well cast (or did he cast himself?).
Next I would like to see a movie about the filming of Birdemic plz.

Seems like it is just running the joke into the ground? Perhaps, but according to the book, that's what actually happened when filming the scene.

I still don't know. Are we supposed to be taking James Franco seriously? Like is he a good actor with range who picks some good and some not so good projects? Or is he just punking us and is a huge weirdo?

For those who are already familiar with The Room, perhaps. Despite how notorious The Room is though, most people have never heard of it. Besides, the behind the scenes shenanigans for this flick are just as fascinatingly bizarre as the movie itself.

The book is a really fun read. It's written by Greg Sestero (Mark), and it's a fun perspective. It's especially funny when it's clear that the author himself doesn't truly understand something that is happening, but he thinks he does. I'm still not through with the book, even though I've been reading it for several weeks. I keep having to put it down due to the heavy cringe factor. Sometimes I just can't take the madness anymore, and need a break.

You have to experience the film with a group, the bigger the better. It's not for everybody, even with a group. People tend to think of their time watching The Room in one of two ways- you either experience it, or you are subjected to it.

They all had some kind of alcoholic beverage which made the movie that much more entertaining. I dont drink so for me it was an excruciating experience. But i dont regret it for a second lmao
