This is something that the film industry has been sorely missing since New World Pictures was shut down. As much derision as Roger Corman films often receive, the man knew how to get the most out of a tiny budget. He also understood what is and is not important about a movie production. You need a decent script, a suitable soundtrack, proper pacing and enough visual FX to establish your world. He could keep his audiences happy, and make a profit in the process every time.
