It's been confirmed as a terroist attack. 22 people are dead and that's thought to rise. A lot of children and young people involved. Fucking horrible and for what? Fucking religion!!!!

I had not heard any reports of a nail bomb.
ISIS claimed responsibility, but they hadn't gotten the details correct so, that may not be true
"a soldier of the caliphate planted bombs in the middle of Crusaders gatherings"
They claimed it was 30 deaths and hundreds of casualties.
Whoever the cowards are, they killed an 8 year old.

The suspect's father and brother have been arrested in Libya.
His local muslim community and Imam had warned the police on many occasions that they thought he might do something like this.
