My classes did end up getting cancelled and the building I study in is going to be locked effective Wednesday at 5:00pm. That's also where I record my voiceover. Debating blasting through the new script and recording tomorrow so I have something to work on depending on how long this lasts.
Don't worry though, Season Two of Bergman's Cinema is complete and in the can, so that's still coming. I know you were all concerned.

Beer and wine can be sold at grocery stores so there will still be an outlet.
On leap day they had a 'legendary' customer appreciation sale, deep discounts on some select things and a flat ten percent off eveythting. It was the first time I've used a cart at the liquor store but I got a shit load since some stuff like dad's hat and knob Creek were 20+ bucks off.
But the lines yesterday after they announced it were around the block, closing today at 9pm apparently for the foreseeable future.
Just lucky the leap day sale happened though, as I'm fully stocked and ready to rock. But again can still get wine and beer elsewhere. Just not liquor.
Was thinking about like functioning alcoholics (we all known a couple just think), they are gonna get twisted up during this. No way they have enough stock built up. Hopefully their significant others will survive the quarantine.

I work in administration at a hospital. I'm currently in my office, i.e. a room with three cubicles for four people, and I'm the only one in the room now. Starting tomorrow, we shift to work from home. I'm also hearing that my state, North Carolina, might go into lockdown this week.
Never really thought I'd live through something like this.

As of Friday, my work closed to the public, with employees on site, still working. As of yesterday afternoon, we're shuttering completely for at least two weeks. My kid's school is closing down as well until at least April 5. Maybe longer.

I wanted to start WFH today, but they just sent out a notice to clean out personal effects daily. So may go in tomorrow, and WFH from then on out.
We're at like 20% in office so I got plenty of space there, but sanitize/washing every time I get up is a pain. One of the better things about WFH not having to do that as often.

There is even talk of cancelling school for the rest of the year with no distance or online learning. So, not only will kids be stuck at home with no real chance for education, we can't even take them somewhere just to get the fuck out of the house. |

My boss called me today and asked why I wasn't at work. How about because all the libraries in the city are completely closed? Apparently, he sent an email to my work address at 5 am this morning telling me he wanted me in at 730 today.
