And I get that plenty of people on Netflix devour terrible content. Just looking at what cracks the top 10 viewed every week and how successful Adam Sandler films are on there is evidence enough. So Netflix should still make that crap too.
I just want some loyalty to their good shows. Not giving a show like Mindhunter a third season is just criminal when Netflix is throwing money around all over the place to develop total shit.

Fine with me. I don't like that they just look to pump out as much as possible and turn their backs on the products that are actually good. I also turned off the auto features like automatically sending you to the next episode or movie. Netflix just wants you to binge it all. Heavens no, you can't let the credits roll, there's more content to see! Why don't you try one of our garbage movies we rushed into production? We won't make more Mindhunter, but you can choose from one of the several pieces of shit we've conjured up for you this month instead! Less quantity, more quality, more loyalty. That mantra goes against their business model, and it shows. To be fair to Netflix, there's nothing new about television with low ratings getting cancelled. If anything they're far more patient with shows that the Networks used to be. With Netflix we're at least guaranteed a single season of everything and more often than not a second. Back in the day they'd yank shows three episodes in if the early Nielsens weren't looking super promising. |

Don't forget that. I'd rather have 2 seasons of mindhunter than 0. And it sounded more like fucking mank was the reason for the cancellation if anything... And I think all... Well most... Alright I guess only some of us can agree it was worth the sacrifice.

I was hoping the third season would have went full on into the BTK killer. but then found out he didn't get caught until 2005. Where were they planning to go with that? |

At least a couple more seasons, I was thinking. Still bummed we couldn't get at least a season 3 to close on. It's not like it was some great cliffhanger, but I loved this show. It wasn't even super flashy or anything, but it was immensely interesting. |

They've got to give this a 3rd season. I've been keeping an eye out for a third. I've actually been considering seeing if there is a need for profilers in this day and age with my psychology and social work back ground.
