Motivational Videos/Sites/Articles

Some of you know and some might not, but my full time job is an addiction counsellor at a local agency. Helping build up clients motivation to make changes and sometimes to even begin to make changes, can be tough to do. My focus is often on establishing options for them to follow up on if they choose to, outside of my office. One such option that came to mind is providing them with a list of motivational videos that they could access on the Internet. With this in mind, my hope for this thread is for members to post what they feel is a motivational/inspirational video or maybe even a website or article that could be viewed as helpful in some way.

I guarantee you, I will be using this in my practice to some extent. Thanks in advance to those who post.
