Doomsday and SnoBorderZero probably have more knowledge than me about this case, so I'll let them explain it. But this is what I understood. In 2013, a 17 year old gets his teacher pregnant. She served 6 months in jail. 3 years later, the now 20 year old student won a $6 million lawsuit against the school board. Why exactly? Cause... he was the victim...? Is California, which is about to burst into flames, really just throwing money away?
