Okay, so what is there we didn't know about already? Cassian Andor - this is a series i assume? Galaxy's Edge - are they just talking about the park? Or is there something else? Star Wars Resistance - a new cartoon? Obi-Wan is in Age of Republic, takes place 8 years after Sith. Cassian & Mandalorian are Age of Rebellion, won't crossover unless there's some sort of flashback episodes. Resistance is a cartoon. Galaxy Edge the theme park. Both in the Age of Resistance. I guess Obi-Wan is the bridge between Republic & Rebellion. Mandalorian is the bridge between Rebellion & Resistance. Cassian firmly in Rebellion. |

Smacks a little of desparation in reaction to the diminishing returns of the sequels. I know Waititi is The Hottest Thing In Hollywood(TM) right now but that doesn't mean he's the guy to fix the very real and complex issues the franchise has found itself in the midst of. All these different directors and visions they have lined up are just going to exacerbate the problem the sequels ended up having without a Feige or, dare I say it, a Lucas looming large in the background who has orchestrated everything from the off. |
