I liked this most recent one.
The guy playing Darden has been doing a pretty good job.

I liked this most recent one. I think it was the only episode without a Kardashian.

Funny how that works.
Darden is just about the only likable character this episode.
The open house bit was weird. I had no idea that was even a thing. Plus the whole cleaning out of Nicole's house and redecorating of OJ's really creeped me out. Ethics aside, unless Nicole's house really was that bare I would assume that only her next of kin had authorization to settle her estate and clean everything out of the house. Maybe enough time had passed that they cleaned it out and had it on the market?

"Found by a construction worker in the 90s" and held in secret by a retired officer only to conveniently re-emerge right as interest in the case has spiked for the first time in years... If this isn't a total hoax then it just goes to show that the LAPD is even more inept/corrupt in their handling of the case than we thought.

Gotta wonder if the LAPD hadn't been so inept, if Cochran still would've gotten OJ off. With that jury, I think so.
Even 11 year old me could figure out how gullible/stupid that jury was from watching the coverage.

He'll be in prison for life on his current charges, however, that policeman should have turned it in sooner.

He was already approved for parole on some of the other charges. Also, it doesn't matter if the knife is the real deal (and I'm 95% certain it isn't) it doesn't matter, even if they find a hidden camera video of O.J. stabbing those people double jeopardy would still be in place.

Also, it doesn't matter if the knife is the real deal (and I'm 95% certain it isn't) it doesn't matter, even if they find a hidden camera video of O.J. stabbing those people double jeopardy would still be in place. Word is the knife is being tested for thoroughness, but it already doesn't fit the crime. This is another case of LAPD misconduct and mishandling of something that could be evidence of another suspect etc. A serial killer named Glen Rogers has claimed he killed them, and there is a convincing argument for that claim.
I know double jeopardy applies. There is only one case in the history of US law where a defendant was acquitted of a multiple murder case, and then retried for the same crime and found guilty. U.S. Army Master Sergeant Timothy B. Hennis stood trial in a court and was found not guilty for reasonable doubt, then new evidence was discovered. So they had him called back to active duty and held a court martial, which is different, and he was convicted.
You are right, Simpson has been a well liked model inmate. From what I read, the remaining charges still have him locked up for seven more years, but complete parole looks likely.

I never said he didn't do it. I listened to the audio book If I did it, and when he gets up to writing about the crime and talks as if he is in a hazy nightmare, but it sounds pretty scarily plausible. Like he was really there. He was found not guilty in a court of law, and responsible in civil court, and that is the official ruling we have to live with.

OJ is innocent.
Deep down we all know that the real killer was Steven Avery.
