This underrated masterpiece is a study against stereotypes. Affleck plays the mobster with the heart of gold and Jennifer Lopez plays a lesbian who secretly loves cock. Under the wrong guidance this movie could have been a disaster. Instead, we're treated to characters who are complex and real and offer a different insight into the human experience.
