V for Vendetta at #19, now I'm not even an enormous fan of that movie but it's better than most of the movies that are ranked above it. Also Superman being #4 is just a gimme. And Superman IV is laughably bad which automatically makes it better than Batman & Robin, Catwoman and Jonah Hex.

The movie I'd label as not only the worst DC film, but the worst comic book film in general, is Jonah Hex. You wanna see a sloppily-edited, nonsensically-plotted DC adaptation, look no further than that.
