According to Mark Strong, Daniel Craig is unlikely to return for another James Bond movie. Keep in mind, Craig is still under contract.

I'd like to see him in one more. He's been really strong in the role. Daniel Craig was good as the Dalton esque Bond in Casino Royale and Quantum. Once you give him a tuxedo and martini it's time to move on to a more suitable actor. Michael Fassbender. Henry Cavill. Shit, even Mark Strong with a wig would be better. |

Henry Cavill? You can't be serious...
I thought he was strong when dressed up too. Then again I liked Dalton as Bond and felt he gets a very unfair stigma for some reason. Fassbender is just too big of an actor already to play Bond; no one else in the role was ever a star already, not even Connery. Sure, Moore and Brosnan had successful TV shows, but they weren't A-list stars like Fassbender already is.
I want Craig to come back for one more bout. Especially now that the Spectre storyline is truly in full swing. Craig has 2 really strong movies (2 of the best of the series no doubt), 1 okay movie, and 1 bad one. I think the man deserves another film.

Spectre was a flawed but natural conclusion to the Craig saga. They'll probably reboot with another actor. Maybe they'll even pander to the audience and cast Idris Elba.

Please not Cavill, but yes to Campbell doing a Bond debut for the third time.

I kind of liked the idea of Tom Hiddleston. He would need to bulk up - a lot. Especially if he's following Daniel Craig who is the best fit of all the Bond's. I read that Sean Bean was the back-up for GoldenEye if Pierce Brosnan had turned it down. As consolation, he got the 006 role instead. I can definitely see Hiddleston in the villain role. |

Other than that, all the Bonds have been in good shape. Brosnan got a bit of an "old man body" in his last two films but it wasn't a big deal. Hiddleson is just a skinny dude. Audiences wouldn't accept him as Bond. He needs to bulk up. |
