This may be a stretch, but I'm wondering if anyone here might be able to help.
I've got a receiver (Onkyo TX-RZ800) that I'm using to power all the audio in my home. Zone 1 is for the tv, but that bit is unimportant to my issue. Zone 2 is mainly used for the speakers upstairs and is the zone that I use to listen to music. Until now I've been using Pandora through the Onkyo Remote app (I've been using my phone as a remote to control the receiver), but yesterday I decided I wanted to stream an entire album that I put on my phone. When I go into the app and select "My Smartphone" as the source and I can get to the music and play it, but for some reason I can only play one song at a time.

I peered into the vastness and saw nothing. Felt nothing.

What app are you using to play the album? Are you using the Onkyo app as the music player as well, or another app on your phone and streaming Blue Tooth to the receiver? It doesn't sound like the problem stems from the receiver, but it's coming from the app you're using. Perhaps it comes down to the playback settings. Need more details!!

Music was streaming through the Onkyo app on my phone. It has several options for the music source within the app and I selected "My Smartphone". It lists all of my music, but despite trying to select music by the album it only plays one song. I temporarily had a fix by putting a playlist on a USB and shoving it into the back of the receiver, but we got a new TV stand and it's impossible to access without pulling wires out of the back unless I cut a hole in the back of the piece of furniture.
