Ahh, that scene. No, that dog is dead.

This is what I'm getting so far:

They tried to set up a new park, it failed and people died.
They had another island and a T-Rex got loose in San Diego and many people died publicly.
(Then a third movie, who gives a shit.)

Now, after the San Diego incident, they've actually got another park running where people actually go to it. And not only are people going to die from escaped dinosaurs again, but this time they purposely engineered one which is going to be the most ferocious yet and put it behind a wooden wall that wasn't high enough.

Lost World was very close to being a great sequel. It just... had too many missteps. But it was oh so close.

Yeah, I think so. It looked great and fit with the first one. It had some really great ideas, like the raptors in the field, the trex waterfall, the hanging RV, etc.
